LANCRIX's products are only available to companies or institutions. Direct sales to the public are not available.

 

Acceptance

All sales are expressly conditioned upon customer's assent to the terms and conditions contained herein. Any additional or inconsistent terms and conditions set forth in purchase order or any other form or document provided by customer are expressly rejected. No variation of these terms and conditions will be binding upon LANCRIX unless agreed to in writing and signed by an officer or other authorized representative of LANCRIX.

 

Price & Tax

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars including the tax charged by China. Our prices are exclusive of the tax charged by customer’s country.

 

Delivery

For the items in stock, LANCRIX ships them in net 5 working days from Shanghai. For the items not in stock, we will confirm with customer the lead time before process of order. We reserve the right not to accept the cancellation of order.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Products are sold F.O.B. Shanghai, fully insured at the customer's expense. However, if assistance is required in filing a claim for a lost, incomplete, or damaged shipment, LANCRIX will be happy to help you.

 

Product Return Policy

If products are ordered incorrectly by the customer, LANCRIX will consider taking them back. All requests for returns must have prior authorization and must be shipped back to LANCRIX within 7 working days of receipt of products. The products must have been kept in the storage condition as stated on the label and not have been opened, broken or otherwise altered. Items must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging (i.e. cold and insulated) as originally dispatched by LANCRIX. The customer will need to send the products back to LANCRIX using customer’s own shipping company and is responsible for any imposed customs and/or taxes that might be incurred. Please note LANCRIX charge 20% of the product price for re-stocking. Shipping charge is not refundable.

 

LANCRIX considers quality an essential criterion for every product. All products listed are subjected to exacting test in our own quality control department. However, if the product does not conform to the description of such product as provided in LANCRIX's catalogue, LANCRIX will provide replacement or refund. The quality problem must be proposed within 60 days after receipt of the product.

 

Use of Products

LANCRIX's products are used for laboratory research only.
